NAREDCO Maharashtra has called for reduction in premium for affordable housing. Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman, NAREDCO, said, “We are pleased with the Central government’s commitment. However, challenges remain in Mumbai where there is a cap of `4.5 million for housing. Unfortunately the minimum prices work out to over `4.5 million.
