Delhi NCR Luxury Housing Sales Rise 9% in H1 2025
Luxury housing sales in Delhi NCR climbed 8.5% year-on-year to 5,168 units in the first half of 2025, up from 4,763 in H1 2024, according to JLL. Ashiana Housing has announced a Rs 425 crore capital outlay for FY25–26 to expand its senior living housing segment. The investment covers land acquisition, construction, and execution costs.In FY24–25, the company spent Rs 213 crore and recorded Rs 382 crore in bookings.
