Tata AutoComp Expands in Europe with Slovakia Acquisition

Tata AutoComp Systems has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire 100% of IAC Group Slovakia through its UK-based subsidiary, Artifex Interior Systems Limited. The financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition is part of Tata AutoComp’s broader strategy to strengthen its European presence and deepen ties with global OEMs. It follows the earlier acquisition of Artifex and aligns with the company’s plan to be a leading supplier in the UK and EU markets.
