The Guwahati International Airport, operated by LGBI Airport, an Adani group entity, has been granted an aerodrome licence by the DGCA for the complete management of the airport. The licence has been reportedly granted by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The aerodrome licence has been given for ensuring complete management, operations and development of the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International (LGBI) airport in accordance with the concession agreement.
