The National High-Speed Rail Corporation (NHSRCL) has acquired 33 per cent of the land for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train corridor project. The corporation is expecting to speed up the process of land acquisition in the coming months for the project in Maharashtra. NHSRCL has undertaken the construction of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project and has acquired 30 per cent land in the state. To push the land acquisition process, the Ministry of State for Railways, Raosaheb Danve, visited Mumbai with other senior officials from NHSRCL, Western Railway, collectors of Thane, Palghar and Raigad, and the state government officials.Contact: National High-Speed Railway Corporation (NHSRCL).Website: www.nhsrcl.in
