Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) announced that it had completed the acquisition of Karaikal Port (KPPL) with the approval of the National Company Law Tribunal. APSEZ had previously been declared a successful resolution applicant under KPPL's Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
