The Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) has inked a MoU with the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) to work as a foundation for developing landscape projects across the city and is envisioned at transforming Jammu into a smart city under the Smart Cities mission. The collaboration areas described in the five-year agreement include landscape planning and design.
