Cummins India introduced its new CPCBIV+-compliant 82.5 kVA genset at CII EXCON 2025, expanding its next-generation power portfolio for India’s fast-growing infrastructure, construction and quick-commerce sectors. The new model features a compact design, improved fuel efficiency and optimized performance, offering a cleaner and smarter power option for modern industrial needs. The company is also displaying its advanced diesel engines, hydrogen internal combustion engine technology and after-treatment systems at the event.

QSB4.5 Diesel Engine: A mid-range 4.5-litre engine (121–173 HP) for excavators, wheel loaders, soil compactors, graders and compressors, offering strong fuel economy, electronic controls and low maintenance.

L10 Diesel Engine: A fuel-agnostic 10-litre platform for heavy-duty construction equipment and large compressors, delivering higher power density, better efficiency and India-localized service support.

M15 Diesel Engine: A 15-litre high-horsepower engine (500–600 HP) engineered for surface mining trucks, large compressors and 80-tonne-plus excavators, featuring advanced fuel systems and upgradeable emission readiness.
