In the dynamic world of construction, demolition and quarry operations, HYDEQ with its commitment to customer success, offers a full range of cost-effective rock breakers and related products.Customised Breaking Solutions The company's focus on customer delight is evident in its dedication to continuous parts and service deliverables. It offers a wide range of spare part solutions and services for globally acknowledged technology breakers, catering to needs across trenching, tunnelling and special works sectors.Innovative Technology One of its key innovations lies in its rock-breakers, which cover most carrier requirements, including excavators and backhoe loaders. They maximise productivity through a system that senses rock hardness, load factor and adjusts the energy ratio, resulting in enhanced breaking efficiency without compromising on equipment durability.Cost-Effective and User-Friendly The rock breakers boast low operation costs, work seamlessly without overheating or pressure peaks, ensuring protection of the carrier equipment. Their simplicity and robustness contribute to an unmatched lifespan, with easy and cost-effective maintenance.Quick Coupler for Efficiency The HYDEQ Quick Coupler saves precious time by eliminating the need for manual attachment pin drive-in and out. It offers convenience and reliable work conditions. It helps to quickly change buckets and attachments on excavators. It removes the need to use rock breakers manually and drive out and insert mounting pins for attachments.Perfect for loading and unloading rail wagons HYDEQ Clamshell buckets are gripping devices formed by two shells in synchronous movement, put in motion by double acting hydraulic cylinders, with a single hydraulic circuit. Clamshell buckets are roughly classified by the number of cylinders (one or two) and by the constructive geometry (vertical or horizontal cylinder). Each of these features corresponds to certain functional characteristics that make it more appropriate to a precise use. In general, buckets with horizontal cylinder, can load sand, soil and gravel, which is ideal for rail-road loaders, in rail construction and maintenance. On the other hand, buckets with vertical cylinders have a better penetration in compact soil, which is why they are better for digging. All clamshell buckets have wearresistant steel blades and can be equipped with bolt-on digging teeth also. Range can be mounted on excavators from 15 to 50 tonnes. Why HYDEQ? HYDEQ rock breakers offer a low operation cost, a simple modular design, easy service operations, increased service intervals and reduced maintenance costs.Technical Support HYDEQ goes beyond providing quality equipment; it emphasises the importance of proper installation, servicing and technical support. The professionally trained team minimise downtime and maximise production.Expansion into New Segments The company plans to foray into new segments including ground improvement solutions with rectangular vertical diaphragm wall grab attachments, mini excavators ranging from 01 to 3.5 tonnes capacity and crawler drills with down the hole hammer and drifter technology, showcasing its commitment to innovation. The firm is poised to continue its journey as a leader, meeting evolving demands of the global market.(Communication by the management of the company)
