JK Tyre Launches Four OTR Tyres at bauma CONEXPO India 2026

JK Tyre & Industries has launched four new off-the-road tyre solutions at bauma CONEXPO India 2026 in Greater Noida, targeting construction, material handling and mining applications.

The new range includes the 12.5/80-18 MPT 45 16PR TL for Self-Loading Concrete Mixers and Backhoe Loaders, 16/70-20 MPT117 14PR TL for Self-Loading Concrete Mixers and Telehandlers, 18-19.5 MPT117 18PR TL for Self-Loading Concrete Mixers, and 12.00R20 JDO XD OTR 22PR 156/153F TT for Mining Tippers.

According to the company, the products have been developed to improve durability, load-carrying capability, traction and operational efficiency under demanding Indian operating conditions.

“India’s infrastructure and industrial growth is creating a growing need for high-performance, reliable and application-specific mobility solutions,” said Srinivasu Allaphan, Director – Sales & Marketing, JK Tyre & Industries.

He added that the new range is designed to help customers improve equipment uptime, operational efficiency and overall performance.

The MPT 45 pattern is designed to provide traction and stability for Self-Loading Concrete Mixers and Backhoe Loaders operating across mixed terrain. Its tread design is aimed at supporting even wear and longer service life.

The MPT117 pattern targets construction and material-handling applications, offering grip, durability and manoeuvrability for Self-Loading Concrete Mixers and Telehandlers. The 18-19.5 MPT117 variant has been specifically introduced for Self-Loading Concrete Mixer applications.

For mining applications, the JDO XD has been developed for Mining Tippers operating in harsh conditions. Its heavy-duty construction and reinforced casing are designed to improve resistance to cuts, chips and abrasions while supporting higher load performance.

JK Tyre said the latest additions strengthen its premium OTR portfolio and support its expansion across construction, mining and specialised industrial applications.

The company is also focusing on deeper OEM engagement and higher-value application segments as it expands its presence in the off-the-road tyre market.
