Trehan to invest Rs 250 cr to build independent floors in Gurugram

Trehan Group, a Rajasthan-based real estate firm, has entered the Gurugram real estate market with the launch of its high-end luxury independent floors project, which will cost around Rs 250 crore.

The 320 independent floor units will be priced between Rs 1.27 crore and Rs 4 crore and will be located throughout Millennium City, according to the company.

The independent floors will be constructed on plot sizes ranging from 217 to 676 sq yards.

Trehan Group chairman Harsh Trehan told the media that they've seen a spike in demand for plotted development and independent floors during the Covid-19 pandemic. To meet this demand, they are opening these independent floors in Gurugram's various sectors. All of the luxury units will be semi-furnished.

The delivery of these low-rise floors is expected to take 15 months.

In the next five years, the Group intends to build over 1,000 units.

Trehan said Customers are expected to respond positively. We plan to sell all 320 units within the next few months, leveraging pent-up and festival demand, as well as extremely low interest rates on home loans.

Trehan said that out of the 320 units, 120 will be 3-bedroom floors, 152 will be four bedroom floors, and 48 will be 5-bedroom floors.

Customers can also choose from a variety of payment options. Since 1989, Trehan Group has completed over 10 million square feet of residential real estate. It has completed 16 projects and delivered over 12,000 units to date. Alwar, Bhiwadi, Tapukara, Neemrana, Navi Mumbai, and Faridabad are among the cities where these projects are being developed.
