Balu Forge FY26 PAT Rises 27%

Balu Forge Industries reported a 19.9 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated revenue from operations to Rs 11,074 million for FY26, compared to Rs 9,236 million in FY25. EBITDA stood at Rs 2,995 million, up 19.3 per cent, with an EBITDA margin of 27 per cent.

The company’s PAT increased 27 per cent to Rs 2,589 million, while PAT margin stood at 22.7 per cent. For Q4 FY26, revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,636 million, down 2.3 per cent year-on-year, while EBITDA declined 20.1 per cent to Rs 599 million. PAT for the quarter rose 4.9 per cent to Rs 657 million.

The company said Q4 volumes were affected by geopolitical developments in the Middle East, impacting its India-UAE operations. However, higher contribution from high-value engineering segments helped support margins.

BFIL also entered a five-year MoU for large calibre ammunition supply from its greenfield campus in Belgaum, Karnataka, following its induction into the NATO supply chain and commercialisation of its empty shell production line. It also secured its maiden aerospace order from Alpha Aircraft Systems Inc, USA, for precision-engineered components.
