CIDCO plans 12,000 housing units

The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) plans to build 12,000 low-cost homes over the next three years in Navi Mumbai. The apartments will be constructed in Ghansoli, Vashi, Kharghar and Taloja. Around 7,566 houses, at Rs 951 crore, will be built for the lower income group. Similarly, 1,118 flats will be constructed for the middle and the high income group in Kharghar.
