Aparna Enterprises infuses Rs 100 cr in its tile division

Aparna Enterprises has infused Rs 100 crore into their tile division - Vitero Tiles, to boost its production capacity at the Peddapuram facility, Andhra Pradesh.

The firm has added another kiln which has doubled the production capacity of the unit from 15,000 sq m per day to 30,000 sq m per day. This growth will assist the firm to cater to the growing demand for floor and wall tiles and target more government and private projects particularly, in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and other focused markets across India comprising Maharashtra, Odisha and Karnataka.

Ashwin Reddy, managing director of the firm, told the media that driven by increasing consumer demand in B2B and B2C space, the tile segment is poised to rise in India at 8% CAGR in the coming five years. They are hoping to close FY21-22 with a 50% increase in tile division.

They have infused Rs 100 crore into this business in 2021, majorly ordered towards the development of our tile production capacity. With this increase, they are additionally looking to enhance their product offerings and grow market share in the organised tile market in India.

Aparna Enterprises is additionally aligning its resources to increase its dealer network and its market presence. In FY21, the firm had expanded its network in India by 23%, and in 2021 they plan to additionally enhance it by 30%. Earlier in June 2021, it had declared plans to invest Rs 100 crore into their aluminium window and door system brand Alteza.
