Arisinfra Delivers Chennai Housing Project in 24 Months

Arisinfra Solutions Ltd. (BSE, NSE: ARISINFRA) has announced that its subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Unitern), has successfully completed a residential project in Chennai, delivering five towers comprising 185 units across 268,000 square feet. The project was completed in just over 24 months and has received the Completion Certificate in July 2025.

Originally conceived by another developer and backed by Investcorp— a global alternative investment firm headquartered in Bahrain — the project had stalled with no construction activity. Investcorp appointed Unitern to take over and execute the project from inception, aiming to protect stakeholder value.

Work began in January 2023 and was completed in a little over two years, demonstrating Unitern’s capability to adhere to defined timelines and high execution standards.

Navin Dhanuka, Director of ArisUnitern RE Solutions Pvt. Ltd., said, “This project represents what Unitern truly stands for — resolving complex real estate challenges where others hesitate. We began when not a single brick was laid, and within 24 months delivered five towers, 185 homes, and full statutory compliance. This validates our sharp planning, execution strength, and assured material supply to revive stuck projects and generate real value. We are grateful to Investcorp for the opportunity and trust.”

Yayati Kene, Technical Consultant at Investcorp, added, “Investcorp always prioritises long-term value and stakeholder interests. We sought a partner who could take full ownership and deliver with precision. Unitern aligned all resources and executed seamlessly. The result: a certified, fully delivered residential development in record time.”

Over the project duration, Arisinfra and its subsidiaries generated approximately Rs 340 million in combined revenues from services and material supply. This underscores the commercial strength and efficiency of Arisinfra’s integrated delivery model, which unites project execution with reliable material supply to minimise risk and accelerate delivery at scale.
