Arkade Developers Secures 6.5-Acre Project in Dahisar

Arkade Developers has acquired a 6.5-acre land parcel for the cluster redevelopment of Anand Nagar Society in Dahisar East, marking a transformative step for the area’s real estate landscape. Spanning a total plot area of 26,286 square meters, the project is expected to generate an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 1.7 billion. 

Project Scope and Strategic Importance 
The redevelopment will offer a total saleable area of approximately 676,000 square feet, incorporating both residential and commercial spaces to cater to the rising demand for premium developments. Strategically positioned, the project benefits from excellent connectivity, being in proximity to Dahisar Station, Anand Nagar Metro Station, and the Western Express Highway. 

Additional Developments 
In January, Arkade Developers also secured a 4-acre land parcel in Goregaon West, currently leased to Filmistan Pvt. Ltd., with a projected revenue of Rs 20 billion. The company further expanded its redevelopment footprint with three new projects across key micro-markets in Mumbai’s Western Suburbs, namely Andheri East, Malad West, and Borivali West. Collectively, these projects span 20,232 square meters (approximately 5 acres), with a projected saleable carpet area of 5.85 lakh square feet and an anticipated turnover of Rs 21.50 billion.
