AU Real Estate Buys Rs 10.69 Billion Aspire Project Rights

AU Real Estate has acquired the selling rights for Aspire Leisure Valley (Phase 2) and Aspire Centurian Park from NBCC (India) Ltd in a transaction valued at Rs 10.69 billion. The deal covers a total of 609 residential units. Aspire Leisure Valley (Towers 1 and 2) accounts for Rs 6.96 billion across 462 units, while Aspire Centurian Park (Tower 10 and the Iconic Tower from the 36th floor upwards) represents Rs 3.73 billion across 147 units.

The company has launched Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida West at an introductory price of Rs 7,979 per sq ft, reinforcing its customer-centric positioning and focus on aspirational living in a rapidly developing micro-market.
