The company has launched Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida West at an introductory price of Rs 7,979 per sq ft, reinforcing its customer-centric positioning and focus on aspirational living in a rapidly developing micro-market.

Aspire Leisure Valley (Towers 1 and 2) accounts for Rs 6.96 billion across 462 units, while Aspire Centurian Park (Tower 10 and the Iconic Tower from the 36th floor upwards) represents Rs 3.73 billion across 147 units.
