AU Real Estate has recently acquired the selling rights for Aspire Leisure Valley Phase 2 from NBCC (India) as part of a Rs 10.69 billion transaction that also includes Aspire Centurion Park. Earlier this year, the company secured selling rights for Aspire Silicon City for Rs 14.67 billion, further deepening its association with NBCC’s Aspire portfolio.

Located in Techzone IV, Greater Noida West, Aspire Leisure Valley offers 3BHK apartments of 2,176 sq ft and 2,188 sq ft, launched at an introductory price of Rs 7,979 per sq ft. The project falls under the AUSI Life framework, featuring Aqua Zones, Undercroft Areas, Sports Zones and Interactive Zones aimed at enhancing community engagement, recreation and well-being. A G+2 community centre will house wellness, fitness, recreational and social spaces.

Coal Imports Seen Easing After November Surge

India’s coal imports, which rose sharply by 28.1 per cent in November, are expected to decline in the coming months as domestic availability improves, according to industry data.
