Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Morgan Heights, a new residential project on Sholinganallur-Medavakkam Road in Chennai. Spanning 14.7 acre, the development has a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 21 billion and a development potential of 2.2 million sq. ft.

The project comprises 1,250 units across three towers, offering 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments with sizes extending up to 2,599 sq ft. The project will be developed under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA).

“Chennai continues to be a vital market for Brigade Group, and this expansion aligns with our vision of delivering high-quality residential developments in upcoming urban corridors. We will continue to actively identify opportunities to develop landmark projects that cater to diverse residential needs with sustainable and community-driven development,” said Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited.

Brigade Morgan Heights promotes eco-conscious design and seamless indoor-outdoor living. It includes solar panels for common area lighting, rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge systems, and an organic waste converter. Landscaping is bird-friendly and nature-integrated.

Residents will have access to a 40,000 sq ft clubhouse with over 30 lifestyle amenities, including a gym, yoga terrace, co-working space, AV room, salon, and multipurpose hall. Sports facilities include badminton and squash courts, a cricket practice pitch, and a terrace-level swimming pool. Community spaces such as a clock tower court, landscaped walkways, and senior citizen corners offer opportunities for social engagement and relaxation.
