BT Properties unveils WAADA, its flagship Dubai South project

BT Properties has launched its flagship UAE project, WAADA, a master-planned community in Dubai South. The announcement was made during a high-profile event at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai, marking the company's official entry into the region’s real estate market.

With over 30 years of experience in Pakistan’s integrated urban development, BT Properties brings its trusted legacy to Dubai. WAADA is strategically located near Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo 2020 Legacy District and aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain said WAADA reflects BT’s mission of building futures, not just structures. Group CEO Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik called the project “a living promise” shaped by decades of experience, designed to blend emotional resonance with practical luxury.

The development will offer a mix of signature mansions, mid-rises, townhouses, and skyline apartments, complemented by open spaces and lagoons to promote community well-being.

WAADA marks a strategic evolution in BT Properties’ global expansion, with Dubai as a key growth market for its philosophy of “Limitless Living.”
