Casagrand Breaks Ground for UPARTMENT Project in Hyderabad

Casagrand has commenced construction of Casagrand Mandarin in Miyapur, marking the launch of what it describes as Hyderabad’s first ‘UPARTMENT’—a residential format focused on larger layouts and higher usable space.

Spread across 8 acre, the gated community will comprise 334 premium 3 and 4 BHK homes. The project is designed with 78 per cent carpet efficiency—around 4 per cent higher than conventional apartment formats—aimed at maximising usable living space.

The development adopts a low-density layout across six blocks, with 5.7 acres of open space, including 5.3 acres of landscaped greenery and vehicle-free podiums. Amenities include a 41,000 sq ft clubhouse, a 5,600 sq ft chlorine-free swimming pool, over 70 lifestyle features, and 25+ wellness amenities.

Located in Miyapur, the project offers connectivity to key IT hubs such as Tech Mahindra IT Park and Mindspace IT Park, along with metro access and established social infrastructure. Nearby facilities include educational institutions, healthcare centres, and retail destinations.

Built using Mivan construction technology, the project also incorporates EV charging infrastructure, co-working spaces, and integrated retail conveniences.

The launch reflects Casagrand’s focus on differentiated residential formats aligned with evolving urban homebuyer preferences for space, functionality, and integrated community living.
