Dilip Buildcon Wins Rs 1.12bn Kerala Corridor Contract

Dilip Buildcon has secured a significant order worth Rs 1.12 billion from the Kerala Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (KICDC) for infrastructure development works.
The contract, awarded on a General Contract (L1) basis, covers the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance of infrastructure projects at Pudussery Central and Kannambra in the Palakkad Node of Kerala, under the extension of the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) to Kochi via Coimbatore.
Classified as a domestic EPC order, the project is scheduled for completion over 42 months.
The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies hold any interest in KICDC, and the contract is not a related party transaction.
Dilip Buildcon specialises in the development of infrastructure facilities on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis and executes contracts for government bodies, private parties, and special purpose vehicles promoted by the company.
In Q1 FY26, the company’s consolidated net profit rose 93.57 per cent to Rs 271 crore, up from Rs 140 crore in Q1 FY25, while revenue from operations declined 16.40 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,620 crore.
Shares of Dilip Buildcon closed 0.84 per cent lower at Rs 555 on the BSE.
