Driven Opens Dubai’s Largest Real Estate Office in Downtown

Driven | Forbes Global Properties has officially inaugurated its new 43,000-sq-ft headquarters in Downtown Dubai, just steps away from the Burj Khalifa. Spread across two floors, the office now holds the distinction of being Dubai’s largest real estate workspace. The move follows the firm’s AED 505 million acquisition of Emaar Square Building 3 in November 2024.

This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s long-term growth plan and reflects its deepening commitment to the UAE’s evolving real estate market. As Dubai moves steadily toward becoming a tier-one global city, Driven is aligning its infrastructure, services, and culture to lead this shift through innovation and high-performance advisory.

“This headquarters represents a bold and deliberate step in executing our vision for the future of Dubai’s real estate market,” said Abdullah Alajaji, Founder and CEO of Driven | Forbes Global Properties. “We designed this space with thoughtful infrastructure to empower our team to work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and lead with confidence in an increasingly competitive landscape. Beyond it being about expanding our footprint, we are reframing what success looks like in the luxury property sector. As one of the region’s fastest-growing brokerages, we are committed to setting new industry standards and driving innovation. This headquarters embodies that commitment and positions us to seize emerging opportunities as Dubai’s real estate market matures and evolves.”

The launch of the new office follows Driven’s release of its inaugural industry report, Dubai on the Verge of Tier-1 City Recognition, which includes a proprietary benchmarking index comparing Dubai with global hubs like New York, London, and Singapore across 28 indicators, such as infrastructure, governance, safety, economic resilience, and quality of life. The report affirms Dubai’s upward trajectory and mirrors Driven’s confidence in the market’s future.

Designed with purpose and sustainability
The new headquarters is purpose-built to support high-performance and insight-led real estate services, transitioning away from purely transactional models. Its design fosters collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and ongoing learning—ensuring that brokers are equipped for a more advisory-led market.

Sustainability is at the core of the office’s concept. From the use of recycled materials to water dispensers integrated into the architectural plan, every element reflects the company’s alignment with Dubai’s environmental goals and the expectations of eco-conscious investors. Sustainability is embedded not only in physical space but also in daily operations.

Amenities to elevate experience
The workspace blends functionality and comfort, offering a reception area, coworking spaces, boardrooms, executive offices, training rooms, and an agents’ lounge. A café-style lobby with an in-house barista adds warmth to the environment.

The headquarters also prioritises employee wellness, featuring a recharge room, in-house hair studio, and a dedicated catering room—underscoring the company’s commitment to creating a holistic and empowering work environment.
