Godrej Sells Rs 10 Billion Worth of Homes in Hyderabad

Godrej Properties Ltd has announced the sale of 683 housing units worth over Rs 10 billion at its newly launched Godrej Regal Pavilion project in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, according to a regulatory filing dated 25 August. The project, launched earlier this month, marks the company’s second successful launch in the city in 2025, with both developments exceeding the Rs 10 billion sales milestone.
The sold units collectively span 1.20 million square feet, reflecting strong consumer interest in branded residential spaces in the region. Godrej Regal Pavilion is one of the company’s major developments in South India, with a developable potential of 4.14 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of Rs 36 billion, significantly boosting Godrej Properties’ presence in Hyderabad’s growing real estate market.
Rajendra Nagar, where the project is located, is emerging as a high-growth corridor in Hyderabad. Known for its affordability, convenience, and connectivity, the locality benefits from access to the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and proximity to the airport. Its well-developed infrastructure and increasing real estate traction make it a sought-after residential hub.
Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, stated:
“We are delighted with the response to Godrej Regal Pavilion. This outcome reflects the rising preference for trusted, branded residences and Hyderabad’s strong growth potential. We thank our customers and stakeholders for their continued confidence. Our commitment remains towards building a sustainable and thoughtfully designed community that enhances the resident experience.”
The success of Godrej Regal Pavilion reaffirms Hyderabad’s appeal as a robust real estate market, especially for premium and branded housing developments.
