IHCL Signs New Ginger Hotel in Kanpur

The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a new Ginger hotel in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This will be a greenfield project. 

Deepika Rao, Executive Vice President, New Businesses and Hotel Openings, IHCL, said, “Kanpur is a prominent manufacturing and commercial centre in Uttar Pradesh, making it an ideal location for Ginger’s offering. This signing is part of our strategy to build Ginger’s presence in such emerging cities. We are delighted to extend our partnership with JK Urbanscapes Developers.” 

The 100-key Ginger Kanpur will be situated on Kalpi Road, near Kamala Cricket Club, offering strong connectivity to both business and leisure hubs. The hotel will include Ginger’s signature Qmin, a bar, a meeting room and a fitness centre, catering to the needs of modern travellers.
