Kochra Realty has taken over a Rs.7 billion stalled residential project in Mumbai’s Dahisar suburb, which was being developed by Ashapura Housing. It plans to revive the project and will deliver 384 apartments by the year-end with remaining units to be done by 2025. It took over the debt and acquired the project with a total five towers from the earlier developer. As per estimates, the project needs a total investment of around Rs.2.15 billion for its completion.
