Lohia Worldspace Unveils Premium Villa Project in Moradabad

Lohia Worldspace, the real estate arm of the diversified Lohia Global Group, has announced its entry into the real estate sector with a flagship high-end villa development in Moradabad. This debut project, located in New Moradabad with direct access to NH-24, will feature 175 thoughtfully designed villas.

This launch marks a transformative moment for Moradabad, a city with a rich legacy in the brass industry that is now emerging as a promising real estate destination. The project is designed not only to offer premium homes but also to create a self-sustained, future-ready residential community.

“Our vision with Lohia Worldspace is to create homes that are modern, meaningful, and rooted in thoughtful design. At the same time, we want these spaces to encourage human connection, community living, and long-term wellbeing,” said Pyush Lohia, Director, Lohia Worldspace. “This first project is a reflection of the kind of developments that new-age Indian cities truly deserve.”

The flagship development by Lohia Worldspace will span a total project area of 10 acres, featuring 175 thoughtfully designed villas. With an estimated project cost of approximately Rs 2 billion, the community is envisioned as a benchmark in premium, sustainable living. The land is fully owned by Lohia Developers India (Lohia Worldspace), ensuring seamless execution and long-term commitment. The project is expected to be delivered by 2029.

The Moradabad project is designed as a residential ecosystem where architecture meets purpose. Along with luxury villas, the development will include landscaped parks, wellness zones, walking trails, and common gathering spaces that encourage a sense of belonging. Community facilities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, and shared gardens will support social interaction and enhance quality of life for residents.

Lohia Worldspace is embedding sustainable planning into every layer of the development. Features such as rainwater harvesting, solar-powered lighting, waste segregation systems, and energy-efficient construction methods will be integrated to reduce environmental impact. The project is being planned to align with green building principles, ensuring a healthier environment for current and future generations.

Lohia Global has committed Rs 10 billion over the next five years to develop high-quality real estate projects across India. These will primarily be located on premium land parcels already owned by the group. The focus is on creating lifestyle-led housing in India’s fast-growing urban centres while fostering community development and local engagement.

“Moradabad isn’t just where we begin. It’s where our roots are,” added Lohia. “We are proud to invest in the city’s future by offering something that uplifts its people, infrastructure, and aspirations.”
