Blackstone-backed data centre developer Lumina CloudInfra Pvt Ltd has acquired two land parcels totalling 3.79 acres in Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai, for Rs 4.75 billion, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The first parcel, measuring 2.04 acres, was acquired from Prasoon Spaces LLP for Rs 2.94 billion, attracting a stamp duty of Rs 176.4 million and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. These transactions underscore Chandivali’s growing prominence as a hub for data centre infrastructure in Mumbai.
