Mahindra Lifespaces to redevelop two societies in Lokhandwala under the state’s cluster development scheme. The project is valued at Rs 12 billion.

The redevelopment site is 15 minutes from the upcoming Versova-Bandra Sealink, enhancing connectivity.

Interarch Building Solutions Limited reported unaudited results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, recording strong revenue growth driven by execution and a robust order book.
