NBCC appeals bid for the redevelopment of GPRA colony, Sarojini Nagar

In order to complete the development of the GPRA community in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, NBCC (India) Limited published an EPC tender.   • The Sarojini Nagar project consists of both commercial space and general pool residential housing. As part of the project, the existing housing stock of 12,970 would be replaced by approximately 25,667 dwelling units, with supporting social infrastructure facilities. Also, a special focus is being placed on preserving the greatest number of existing trees. The complexes are being built on green grounds, with luxuriant trees surrounding the constructed area. Creation of open spaces to derive the maximum benefit from city infrastructure, including social and recreational infrastructure. The project is to have other safety measures for electrical services like fire alarms, CCTV, panels, distribution, ESS, and more.
