NBCC Sells 609 Units For Rs10.69 Billion In Greater Noida

State-run NBCC (India) Ltd announced on Wednesday that it has successfully completed the e-auction of 609 residential units across two ongoing housing projects in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, generating sales worth approximately Rs10.69 billion.

The sale marks one of the company’s largest digital auction outcomes in recent quarters, reflecting strengthening demand for ready and near-complete units in the NCR market.

In a filing to the stock exchanges, NBCC said the auctioned units formed part of Aspire Leisure Valley Package-2 — covering Towers 1 and 2 — and Aspire Centurian Park, including Tower 10 and the Iconic Tower from the 36th floor upwards. These assets fall under Sub-Package-1 of the wider development plan in Greater Noida (West), a micro-market witnessing renewed traction as developers complete delayed or previously stalled projects.

“The Company has successfully sold 609 residential units … through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs10.69 billion,” NBCC said, adding that it will earn a marketing fee of 1 per cent of the sale value.

NBCC’s recent auction activity includes the sale of 609 Amrapali residential units for Rs10.69 billion to AU Real Estate and a bulk sale of units at Aspire Silicon City in Noida for Rs14.68 billion. The company also has several upcoming e-auctions for commercial spaces in New Delhi, Lucknow, Vadodara and Bhubaneswar.

NBCC shares were trading 1.9 per cent lower at Rs113.06 on the NSE today. The stock has gained nearly 26 per cent so far this year.
