Royal Orchid to Open Regenta Place Baddi in September 2025

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL), continuing its expansion in North India, has signed a new 43-room Regenta Place property in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Scheduled to open in September 2025, the resort aligns with ROHL’s strategy of entering high-potential but underserved destinations, offering premium hospitality beyond metro cities.
The development, undertaken in collaboration with Mr Sarvan Kumar, Director of The Golden Castle, will operate under a management agreement and follows ROHL’s asset-light approach.
Situated in the scenic Shivalik Hills, within a major pharmaceutical and industrial zone, Regenta Place Baddi aims to attract both business and leisure guests. The resort will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, an all-day dining facility, a spa, gym, rooftop swimming pool, and a children’s play zone.
Designed for families and corporate travellers alike, the property will offer 5,627 sq. ft. of banquet space, a 1,482 sq. ft. conference hall, and a 10,000 sq. ft. lawn, ideal for destination weddings, MICE events, and business gatherings.
Commenting on the signing, Arjun Baljee, President of Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd., said, “Baddi offers both natural beauty and strategic business relevance. This launch supports our vision of expanding into high-potential markets across India. We are pleased to partner with Mr Sarvan Kumar and bring the Regenta experience to this thriving town.”
Mr Sarvan Kumar added, “We are proud to join hands with Royal Orchid Hotels and are confident that Regenta Baddi will offer exceptional guest experiences. Our shared vision ensures a hospitality offering that blends quality, comfort, and cultural warmth.”
The move reinforces ROHL’s focus on tapping India’s emerging Tier II and III destinations with strong growth potential in both business and tourism segments.
