Sanjeevini Launches Rs 12 Billion Luxury Project in Bengaluru

Bengaluru-based real estate firm Sanjeevini Group has launched its latest luxury residential development, The Adwaith, in Gunjur, East Bengaluru, with a projected sales value of Rs 12 billion. Spread over 8.3 acres, the project will comprise 668 premium apartments across five towers, featuring 3BHK and 4BHK configurations starting at Rs 17 million.
Developed under a joint development agreement with landowners, the project will offer a built-up area of 1.7 million sq ft, scheduled for completion within 30 months.
Strategically located on the 45-metre-wide CDP Road, The Adwaith boasts excellent connectivity to Outer Ring Road, Varthur–Sarjapur Highway, and the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road, making it ideal for IT professionals and upwardly mobile homebuyers.

Project Highlights
  • 73 per cent open space
  • 45,000 sq ft clubhouse with heated and infinity pool, yoga/sauna rooms, mini-theatre, spa, gym, business centre, and indoor games
  • Outdoor amenities include jogging/cycling tracks, a cricket pitch, pet parks, putt-putt golf, amphitheatre, and Miyawaki-style forest trail
  • Towers named Aarka, Avani, Anila, Aqua, and Aranya; one tower includes a helipad

Umesh Gowda HA, Chairman and Founder of Sanjeevini Group, noted:
“Gunjur is emerging as a preferred destination for IT professionals due to its connectivity and infrastructure. With The Adwaith, we aim to set a new benchmark in luxury housing.”
Once considered peripheral, Gunjur has rapidly evolved into a real estate hotspot owing to upcoming metro and road infrastructure, along with access to top-tier schools, hospitals, and malls. Industry experts note rising interest in luxury developments in the area due to a growing demand for a blend of connectivity, lifestyle amenities, and open spaces.
Track Record & Pipeline
Sanjeevini Group, active since 2010, has developed over 1.5 million sq ft across residential, commercial, and mixed-use formats. Since 2018, it has delivered 1.02 million sq ft through projects like Sanjeevini Vaibhav, Sanctuary, Srushti, and Aarna in Whitefield and Old Madras Road.
The Group currently has over 3 million sq ft of planned development, with The Adwaith leading its foray into Gunjur’s upscale housing market.
