A penthouse measuring approximately 7,000 sq ft at Saya Gold Avenue in Indirapuram has been sold for Rs 100 million, setting a new benchmark for premium residential real estate in the Delhi-NCR region. Spanning the top two floors of the 40-storey tower, the residence features panoramic city views and a private terrace garden. 

Saya Gold Avenue, one of Indirapuram’s tallest residential developments, offers a limited collection of 12 penthouses ranging from ~5,500 to ~7,000 sq ft, with half already sold.
