Saya Group to develop India's tallest mall

Saya Group, a real estate firm based in Delhi-NCR, has announced its plans to develop "India's tallest mall," known as Saya Status. Situated in Sector 129 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the mall will reach an impressive height of 150 feet. The company intends to invest over Rs 20 billion in the project, which encompasses a total built-up area of 1.4 million square feet, with 1.1 million square feet dedicated to leasable space.

Saya Status will span nine floors and offer an array of luxury brands and amenities to visitors. The construction of the mall is currently underway, with approximately 25 per cent of the work already completed. The company expects the mall to be fully operational by 2025. The architectural design of the project is being handled by DP Architects, an international firm based in Singapore.

Vikas Bhasin, the Chairman and Managing Director of Saya Group, expressed the company's commitment to creating an iconic commercial space with Saya Status, India's tallest mall. The total investment of over Rs 20 billion includes the land cost of nearly Rs 10 billion and a construction cost ranging between Rs 5-6 billion. The funding for the project will come from internal accruals and loans.

Saya Group has already finalised approximately 55 brands for the mall, with 30 of them having signed agreements to establish their presence. The mall will offer a parking capacity for 1,600 cars, with parking facilities available on each floor from the fourth to the ninth, in addition to basement parking. The lower ground floor will house a hypermarket, while the ground floor will feature international fashion brands. The top two floors will be dedicated to clubs and bars. Saya Group also has other projects in the pipeline, including Saya Piazza in Jaypee Wish Town and Saya South X in Greater Noida West.
