Shobha Aggarwal buys 1,000 sq m bungalow for Rs 80 cr in Delhi

Shobha Aggarwal, a partner at Viney Equity Market Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), has bought a 1,000 sq m bungalow for Rs 80 crore in West End, South Delhi.

Ashok Kumar Mehra of Mehrasons Jeweller has sold the bungalow. South Delhi had witnessed high-value transactions after the reopening of the registry office.

West End is a boutique colony of Delhi that has less than 100 plots, which has a lot of demand from buyers.

Moreover, KLJ Plasticizers has bought a 2,000 sq yard bungalow in Vasant Vihar, South Delhi, for Rs 111 crore.

Birdie and Birdie realtors sold the property, and the buyer paid Rs 6.66 crore as stamp duty to the state government.

South Delhi has become an ideal destination for housing and bungalow due to the large availability of plots and fewer restrictions.

Chairman and Managing Director of KEI Industries, Anil Gupta, bought a 2,000 sq yard property in Shanti Niketan, Delhi, for Rs 140 crore.

Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Bharti Enterprises, Rajan Bharti Mittal, bought 1,200 sq yard property in Shanti Niketan, Delhi, for Rs 85 crore.
