Shubhashish Homes FY25 Pre-Sales Double To Rs 4.23 Billion

Shubhashish Homes, part of JK Jajoo Ventures, reported pre-sales of Rs 4.23 billion in FY25, nearly doubling from Rs 2.11 billion in the previous financial year, reflecting a year-on-year growth of about 100 per cent.

Building on this momentum, the company has set a pre-sales target of Rs 8.5 billion for FY26, signalling confidence in demand, expansion plans and brand positioning.

The announcement was made at the company’s annual event held in Jaipur, attended by stakeholders, partners and leadership.

The company also introduced its new brand identity, “Sa – The House of Shubhashish”, bringing all developments under a unified brand framework. The rebranding includes a refreshed visual identity and reinforces its focus on quality, sustainability and customer experience.

The performance was driven by projects such as Shubhashish Geeta, Shubhashish Prakash, Shubhashish Marina and Shubhashish Forest, which have seen steady demand.

The company also outlined expansion plans across new geographies, including Indore, Prayagraj and Mumbai, subject to approvals. It has a project pipeline with a GDV of Rs 25 billion and plans to add another Rs 10 billion during the year.
