Shubhashish Homes Shifts HQ to Mahindra SEZ, Targets Rs 4 Billion

Shubhashish Homes has announced plans to relocate its corporate office to Mahindra SEZ, Jaipur, as the company targets a turnover of Rs 4 billion in FY 2025–2026. The move follows strong financial performance, with turnover of Rs 2.11 billion recorded in FY 2024–2025.

Founded in 2018, the developer has established a presence in Jaipur with projects including Shubhashish Geeta, Shubhashish Prakash, Shubhashish Marina, and Shubhashish Forest. The company is expanding beyond Rajasthan, with two upcoming developments in Indore and Prayagraj. Kapil Dev has been appointed brand ambassador.

The new facility, positioned as “Office 2.0”, will feature modern boardrooms, digital infrastructure, ergonomic workstations, an in-house banquet hall, a Shubhashish Homes Experience Centre, breakout zones and guest rooms. Amenities include a café, mess, gymnasium, and a Box Cricket Arena, with shuttle services planned for employees.

Strategically located within Mahindra SEZ, the new headquarters offers connectivity to Jaipur Ring Road and surrounding commercial and residential catchments.

The company will lease its current office at Shubhashish Corporate Tower, Rathore Nagar, Jaipur, following the shift.

Aditya Virwani, Managing Director, Shubhashish Homes, said the relocation marks a significant phase of growth driven by demand for integrated communities and premium housing driven by evolving lifestyles.
