Sunteck Realty Launches Uber-luxury Brand Emaance, Eyes Rs 200 Bn GDV

Mumbai-based Sunteck Realty has unveiled Emaance, its new uber-luxury residential brand, under which projects with a combined gross development value (GDV) of Rs 200 billion are planned over the next year.

The first projects under the Emaance brand include an ultra-luxury development on Nepeansea Road in South Mumbai and a second project in Downtown Dubai’s Burj Khalifa Community, marking Sunteck’s international debut.

Each project is designed to offer exceptional luxury, with apartments spanning approximately 10,000 sq ft and priced around Rs 2.5 lakh per square foot. The company expects margins of 40–50 per cent from these developments. The Nepeansea Road project is slated for launch in the current financial year, signalling Sunteck Realty’s aggressive expansion in the luxury segment.
