Signature Global to Invest Rs 29 bn in Gurugram Branded Homes

Realty firm Signature Global has announced an investment of Rs 29 billion (bn) to develop branded residential projects in Gurugram in partnership with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini. The project, named Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram, will be spread across 12.4 acres in Sector 71 and comprise 812 luxury flats. The company indicated that the estimated cost of the project stood at Rs 28.9097 bn and that it has entered a licence agreement with the Italian brand to use its name and design inputs.

Commercial terms were described as including a flat fee payable in instalments and an additional fee should topline exceed a specified threshold. The announcement was presented in a regulatory filing and positioned as the Italian brand's entry into India's residential real estate market. Company leadership underlined a strategic intent to expand the premium housing portfolio and to offer a lifestyle product targeted at affluent urban buyers.

The firm reported that as of December 2025 it had delivered 16.5 million (mn) square feet of real estate and that in the last fiscal it sold housing properties worth more than Rs 82 bn. The new branded development is expected to add to the company's inventory of premium projects in the National Capital Region and to leverage the recognition associated with an international luxury marque. The arrangement is intended to combine global design language with local construction and marketing capabilities.

Analysts and market observers noted that branded residences have become a growing segment within Indian housing and that collaborations with luxury names are used to command higher price points and to differentiate products. The company suggested the project would seek to attract buyers seeking contemporary luxury and craftsmanship in a well connected suburban district. Signature Global indicated that it will proceed with planning and regulatory clearances ahead of construction start.
