Trident Realty Launches 125-Acre Integrated Township In Panipat

Trident Realty has announced the launch of Trident Parktown, a premium integrated township spread over approximately 125 acres in Sectors 19A and 40, Panipat. Marking the developer’s strategic entry into the city, the project involves a total planned investment of around Rs 12 billion.

Phase 1 of Trident Parktown will offer over 400 residential plots, with sizes starting from 200 sq yds. The township is planned as a mixed-use development comprising residential plots, independent floors, group housing, and retail and commercial spaces, aimed at meeting the region’s evolving lifestyle and housing demand.

“At Trident Realty, our vision has always been to create developments that go beyond structures and transactions — to build enduring communities shaped by thought, balance, and purpose. Trident Parktown – The First Premium Integrated Township in Panipat, is an expression of this philosophy,” said Mr S K Narvar, Group Chairman, Trident Realty.

The township draws conceptual inspiration from the seven chakras, with chakra-themed neighbourhoods expressed through landscaped parks and open spaces. It will feature 10 theme-based parks, tree-lined promenades, children’s play areas, lawns, shaded sit-outs, and pedestrian-friendly pathways designed to encourage outdoor activity and wellness. Amenities include active zones with sports courts, a 2.25 km cycle track, outdoor fitness areas, social spaces such as community lawns and amphitheatres, and wellness zones comprising yoga lawns, meditation pods, reflexology paths, sensory gardens, and forest trails.

“Trident Parktown has been meticulously planned from the ground up, with a sharp focus on detail at every stage — from concept and master planning to design and on-ground execution,” said Mr Parvinder Singh, CEO, Trident Realty. “Strategically positioned on NH-44, it offers the right balance of connectivity, open spaces, and premium infrastructure.”

The master plan emphasises wide internal roads, integrated landscape zones, and a structured urban layout. An ultra-modern clubhouse is planned as a central lifestyle and social hub, integrating leisure, wellness, dining, and hospitality facilities.

Located on NH-44 between Delhi and Chandigarh, Panipat is emerging as a well-connected residential destination supported by infrastructure growth. With its scale, integrated planning, and wellness-led design approach, Trident Parktown aims to strengthen the city’s residential appeal and offer long-term value to homebuyers.
