Trident Realty targets Rs 120 million from new 199-plot launch in Panchkula

Delhi-NCR-based Trident Realty has launched 199 residential plots within its 200-acre premium township in Panchkula, with projected sales revenue of Rs 120 million, the company said in a recent statement.
The newly released plots, ranging from 300 sq yd to 680 sq yd, form part of the developer’s expanding integrated township, which continues to see strong buyer interest. The project features a 1.25-acre central park with green lawns, a kids’ play area and an open-air amphitheatre.
Named ‘Central Vista’, the new phase includes wellness and lifestyle features such as a reflexology pathway, yoga pavilion, jogging tracks, outdoor gym, and children’s play zones. Sports amenities include a basketball court and a pickleball court.
Parvinder Singh, CEO, Trident Realty, said the company has already handed over possession to 500 property owners within the township.
Strategically positioned along the Zirakpur–Panchkula–Kalka Highway, Trident Hills offers proximity to natural attractions such as Bir Shikargah, Khol-Hai Raitan and Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuaries, as well as Kaushalya Dam, Morni Hills and Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh.
Beyond its Panchkula development, Trident Realty has also partnered with DLF Ltd to co-develop a residential project in Mumbai.
Founded in 2008, the company has delivered over 20.34 million sq ft of residential and commercial space. A further 10.97 million sq ft is currently under construction across residential, retail and hospitality segments.
