Hakan Erdamar, President, Emerson Climate Technologies (Asia & Middle-East), is a computer and control engineer from Istanbul Technical University. He has been working with the company for more than 25 years, initially serving as a project engineer for power and water solutions at Pittsburgh, in U.S, and held a series of position within Emerson Process Management in Asia, U.S, and Europe. A 15-year old veteran of the Asia market, he has gained deep insights into the region´s business and still continues to drive growth opportunities and operational excellence for the company. He believes his first priority is to enhance communications with the company´s Asian and Middle East regions´ customers, as well as employees, to explore opportunities to further promote technology innovation and improve service levels to gain a higher level of growth.
