Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) has launched its 14th property in Maharashtra with the opening of Regenta Bharti Resort in Mahabaleshwar. Spread across 52 acres and just an hour's drive from Pune, the resort is set against the scenic backdrop of the Sahyadri hills. Developed in collaboration with Bharti Group, the property is managed under ROHL’s “Regenta” brand through a management contract. 
The resort offers a variety of accommodations including deluxe and premium rooms, suites, and group-friendly multi-bed options. Designed as an all-in-one destination, it features a water park, amusement rides, a dedicated kids’ zone, spa, gym, and swimming pool. With over 40,000 sq. ft. of banquet space and expansive lawns, the resort targets weddings and MICE events. It also provides ample recreational activities and outdoor adventures like ziplining, bungee jumping, and sky cycling under professional supervision. 
ROHL CMD Chander K. Baljee highlighted Mahabaleshwar’s proximity to Mumbai and Pune as a strategic advantage, noting the potential for destination weddings and experiential tourism. Ravindra Bharti, MD & CEO of Bharti Group, emphasised the partnership’s goal of delivering modern luxury and evolving guest experiences.
