HGS Expands Global Footprint with New Intelligent Hub in Manila

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a leading provider of digital experience and business process management (BPM) services, has opened a new Intelligent Experience Hub in Manila, Philippines. The facility reinforces HGS’s technology-enabled service capabilities while offering a modern, collaborative workplace for its employees.

As part of its long-term commitment to the region, the company will generate more than 1,000 new jobs over the next 24 months in business services and digital transformation. Situated in Manila’s prime business district, the new hub consolidates HGS teams from across the city into a single, purpose-built environment designed for flexibility, innovation, and future-ready delivery models.

Earlier this year, HGS signed a Letter of Intent with the Philippines government to significantly scale its local operations. The new centre accommodates 1,500 seats, expandable to 3,000 employees in two shifts, strengthening the company’s capacity for high-quality service delivery. With this launch, HGS now operates two facilities in Manila and four across the Philippines.
