Sdeira Launches 27,000-Bed Workforce Community

Sdeira Group, part of AD Ports Group, has launched Aryam–KEZAD Al Mamourah, an integrated staff accommodation community with a total capacity of 27,000 beds in Abu Dhabi. The announcement was made during Make it in the Emirates 2026.

Located within Al Mamourah in KEZAD A, the development offers proximity to Khalifa Port, the surrounding logistics zone, and the Abu Dhabi–Dubai transport corridor. The project will be developed in two phases, with Phase One comprising 14,000 beds across a 110,200 sq m site and a built-up area of 137,800 sq m.

The community will include central kitchens, dining halls, laundry facilities, a medical clinic, recreational and sports amenities, retail outlets, and a mosque. It will also feature smart metering, energy-efficiency measures, and water conservation solutions.

Abdulaziz Ahmed Baozair, Chief Executive Officer of Sdeira Group, said the development responds to rising demand for staff accommodation within KEZAD Al Mamourah. Sdeira Group currently manages more than 165,000 beds across 13 workforce communities in Abu Dhabi.

UltraTech Deploys 45 Electric Trucks
