LTTS Opens AI-Native Digital Manufacturing Lab in Bengaluru

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has inaugurated its AI-Native EI Lab for Digital Manufacturing in Bengaluru, providing an environment for customers and partners to explore artificial intelligence, digital twins and autonomous systems across manufacturing lifecycles.
The facility extends the company’s Engineering Intelligence capabilities to the shop floor. Live and scenario-based demonstrations cover digital engineering, virtual validation, connected production, intelligent operations and autonomous systems, helping customers understand integration and deployment pathways.
The lab’s Manufacturing Intelligence capabilities include an AI-powered manufacturing command centre, a manufacturing data fabric with a knowledge graph, supply chain monitoring, production planning and multi-plant benchmarking.
Its AI-Native Factory environment combines machines, robots, collaborative robots, drones and digital twins to demonstrate manufacturing tasks with minimal human intervention. It incorporates NVIDIA technologies, including Omniverse, Isaac Sim, PhysX, Cosmos and NeMo, alongside OpenUSD-based digital twin workflows.
An Operations AI & Autonomy layer checks actions generated by AI agent swarms before they reach machinery, supporting governed execution. Applications span factory design, simulation, production, quality control, maintenance and sustainability.
LTTS’ EIOne platform brings together more than 100 Engineering Intelligence solutions and agentic AI swarms within a governed ecosystem for building, deploying and scaling engineering and manufacturing workflows.
Vishal Dhupar, Managing Director for South Asia at NVIDIA, said: “AI is transforming how manufacturers design, simulate and operate the factories of the future.”
Amit Chadha, CEO & Managing Director, LTTS, said the facility combines engineering, AI and physical systems to address manufacturing challenges, supported by NVIDIA’s simulation and accelerated computing capabilities.
