Lion, the Sydney-headquartered beverage company with operations across Australia and New Zealand, has selected Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to manage and transform its information technology landscape. The partnership aims to boost Lion’s operational resilience and productivity through a scalable operating model, service-delivery automation, and the infusion of Artificial Intelligence for smarter business outcomes.

With its deep domain expertise and suite of AI-driven solutions, TCS will support Lion’s broader transformation agenda while accelerating its growth. TCS will also deploy its CognixTM platform to enhance service resiliency, improve business agility, and elevate customer experience.

Ram Kalyanasundaram, Lion’s Technology & Digital Transformation Director, said the partnership signalled a new phase in the company’s technological evolution. He noted that TCS brings strong global CPG capabilities, trusted execution, and a partnership mindset aligned with Lion’s goals to build a modern, resilient and scalable digital foundation.
