Admach Systems Receives Rs. 5.31 mn NDT Equipment Order

Admach Systems has received a purchase order valued at Rs. 5.31 mn, including goods and services tax, from a domestic customer in the non-destructive testing (NDT) industry. The order covers the supply of a complete NDT machine setup, according to the company’s regulatory disclosure.

The customer is described as a domestic leader in the NDT industry that provides complete machine setups. The order is scheduled to be executed within 13 weeks from the purchase order date. The company said the contract is not related to a promoter, promoter group or group company, and does not constitute a related-party transaction.

Payment terms provide for 25 per cent of the order value along with the order, 65 per cent against dispatch and the remaining 10 per cent after installation and commissioning. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and relates to NDT equipment.

Following the latest contract, Admach Systems’ order book stands at Rs. 690.4 mn, including goods and services tax. The company disclosed the purchase order under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the applicable 2024 disclosure circular.

The Pune-based company informed BSE of the order on 30 September 2026. The disclosure was authorised by Ajay Longani, chairman and managing director of Admach Systems, and included details of the order’s execution schedule, payment structure and related-party status.
