Ambani's Innovation Hub: New Paradigm in Urban Living near Delhi NCR

Mukesh Ambani is on the verge of unveiling a world-class urban development near Delhi-NCR. This visionary project boasts an array of educational resources for families, including renowned institutions like SGT University and the Sehwag School established by Virender Sehwag. Adjacent to the Reliance MET city, top-notch medical facilities, including the prestigious AIIMS institute, are readily available.

Enhancing its appeal, the city is seamlessly linked to the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) through a rail connection. This strategic connectivity, coupled with its proximity to Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and other NCR cities, serves as a compelling draw for prospective homebuyers. The well-situated location along the Kundli Manesar Palwal (KMP) Expressway further adds to its allure. Notably, the city benefits from its convenient proximity to the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi.

As this endeavour progresses, an additional investment of Rs 10 billion is slated for the subsequent phase, complementing the initial commitment of Rs 80 billion.

This city is not just an expansion of existing infrastructure; it is a comprehensive creation from the ground up. In the fiscal year 2022–23, 76 new enterprises have already pledged a substantial investment of Rs 12 billion into Mukesh Ambani's ambitious project. Concurrently, residential areas are witnessing increased demand, leading to the sale of 2,000 residential plots and 1,200 new homes.

Located in Jhajjar, this city is poised to become a prominent economic hub of Haryana, alongside Gurugram. Notably, it also houses significant facilities of Japanese giants like Nihon Kohden, Panasonic, Denso, and T-Suzuki, rendering it a Japan Industrial Township of note.

The city's planning is centred on a "walk-to-work masterplan," fostering a seamless integration between work and living spaces. Additionally, it offers businesses a plug-and-play infrastructure, simplifying the establishment of units within the city. According to MET City CEO SV Goyal, this urban marvel is conceived with meticulous precision, promising a harmonious blend of residential and commercial brilliance.
